Proposed Schedule of Market Values for Real Properties – Province of Misamis Occidental

The Provincial Assessor’s Office of Misamis Occidental hereby informs the public of the Proposed Schedule of Market Values for real properties situated in the province’s fourteen (14) component municipalities.

This public notice is issued in accordance with Section 15 of Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

📍 The proposed values cover a wide range of land classifications including:

Agricultural Lands (e.g., Coco Land, Rice Land, Mango Land, etc.)

Urban Lands (e.g., Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Beachfront)

Base Unit Construction Costs

This posting ensures transparency and public awareness regarding upcoming property value adjustments, which may impact real property tax assessments in the province.
